WATKINS GLEN--A Dundee man is charged with manslaughter for a fatal car crash in Schuyler County earlier this year.
A Schuyler County grand jury indicted 23-year-old Jamie Dunn on charges of second-degree manslaughter, second-degree vehicular manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, second-degree vehicular assault, second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree reckless driving and driving while intoxicated.
The charges stem from an accident on Route 414 in Hector in May. Authorities say Dunn was driving his pick-up truck drunk, when he tried passing a car in a no-passing zone. Dunn drove into the wrong lane and hit two motorcycles. He killed one of the drivers and seriously hurt another.
