BARTO---A Pennsylvania man is behind bars for allegedly committing sex crimes with a 13-year old boy.
     Pennsylvania State Police say 62-year old Richard Rinehart, Sr. of Barto has oral sex with a boy twice when he was 12 and again after he turned 13. Investigators also accuse Rinehart of having the boy perform oral sex on him. The incidents allegedly happened in a camper in Keating Township in 2008 and October 2009.
     Rinehart remains in the Potter County Jail.
