ELMIRA---Elmira Police have a suspect in custody after a strong-arm robbery Monday.
It happened just before 4:30 p.m. Police got the call to the Westen Quick Stop on Lake Street where a suspect forcefully stole money.
An investigation led police to arrest 20-year old Aaron Brimmer of Elmira. Authorities charged him with third-degree robbery.
