CANISTEO---New York State Police arrested a Southern Tier man in connection with a fatal ATV crash that happened in November.
     The accident happened on Main Street in Canisteo. 28-year old Jennifer Bradford of Lindley got thrown from the ATV. Her husband, 31-year old Daniel Bradford, Jr. of Hornell was driving. Jennifer died the day after the crash at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
     Police are charging Daniel Bradford, Jr. for violating an order of protection saying he should not have been around Jennifer.
     Daniel is in the Steuben County Jail without bail. The investigation continues.
