2nd Man Charged in Party Sexual Abuse
BATH, NY (WENY) -- New York State police charged a second person in connection to an alleged sex abuse case at a prom after-party back in May.
Police charged 19-year-old Cedric Hairston with first degree reckless endangerment. Police say Hairston was an accomplice to Jordan Frysinger, and had sexual contact with a female who was drunk and incapacitated.
Frysinger, a former Corning High School football star, has already been charged and pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment. He's scheduled for sentencing on August 27. Hairston, who also played football for Corning, will reappear in Steuben County Court on August 3.
Investigators say the incident happened on May 19th at the Frysinger family lake house, where15 to 20 underage people were drinking alcohol. Charles and Sharon Frysinger each pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child.
