ITHACA (WENY) -- After five days of deliberations without a verdict, an Ithaca man will get a retrial.
The murder trial of 27 year old Corbin Whyte ended in a hung jury Tuesday. The judge discharged the jury without taking a verdict, and scheduled a retrial for September 10th.
    Whyte is charged in the shooting death of 47 year old Paul Garcia in Dember 2010, after Garcia reportedly robbed Whyte of cocaine and cash.
