Supreme Court Rejects Challenge to C-PP Facilities Plan
Written By: Renata Stiehl

Back in March, we reported former C-PP school board member Tom O'Brien filed a legal challenge in state Supreme Court. The state Education Commissioner dismissed O'Brien's original lawsuit in 2011, claiming the district's 97 million dollar plan exceeds the debt limit. This week, the state supreme court ruled O'Brien's allegations are without merit.
Voters approved the plan in December 2010, by a 60-percent supermajority.
