Addison Woman Faces More Charges in Dix Murder

WATKINS GLEN (WENY)--- The Addison woman charged with murdering her baby's father is facing more charges in the Town of Dix homicide we told you about back in April.

Alice Trappler, 40, already faces two counts of murder in the April 19th killing of Daniel Bennett.

According to our media partner, The Star Gazette, a grand jury added burglary charges and conspiracy charges on Tuesday.

Schuyler County Sheriff, Bill Yessman says Daniel Bennett and Alice Trappler had an infant daughter.

The two had a custody hearing scheduled for the day after the murder.

Trappler is also the ex-wife of a second suspect, Thomas Borden.

Borden committed suicide  in Pennsylvania, after he ran in front of a train during a police chase.

Borden lived in Corning with is step-brother, Nathan Hand, who is also charged with Bennett's murder.

Trappler is scheduled to be arraigned on June 14.

She's in the Chemung County jail without bail.
