Frysinger Charged with Reckless Endangerment

STEUBEN COUNTY, NY (WENY) --  A former high school football standout is behind bars, charged with reckless endangerment in an alleged sexual assault.
Nineteen year-old Jordan Frysinger is accused of having sexual conduct with a female who was incapacitated due to alcohol, and failing to provide adequate care to ensure her safety. New York State Police say a group of students attended a prom after-party on May 19th at a home on Keuka Lake, owned by Charles and Sharon Frysinger. Police say 15 to 20 underage people at the party were given alcohol.
Jordan Frysinger is now in the Steuben County jail without bail. Charles and Sharon Frysinger are charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, for not stopping the illegal activity. All three pleaded guilty, and are scheduled for sentencing in August.
