ITHACA (WENY) -- Hundreds of people braved the rain Friday in Ithaca for the second day of Ithaca Festival. This year's theme is Finger Lakes Luau.

Tropical vendors and local businesses lined the streets and battled the wind. The event runs through the weekend with 150 musicians, more than100 crafters, and food from around the world.

"We have over 200 participants in the festival, and that means people who live here want to be involved in some way, no just as an attendee," says festival director, Jess Seaver.
