Town of Lindley (WENY)--One man is dead and another seriously injured after a head-on car crash in Steuben county.

It happened on US-15 in the town of Lindley just before 4 Saturday morning.

The Steuben County Sherrif's Office says Billy Glaze of Arkansas was traveling in the wrong direction and hit Chadd Sherry who was driving in the other lane.

23-year old Glaze was pronounced dead at the scene.

29-year-old Chadd Sherry of Horseheads suffered two broken legs and a head injury- he was airlifted to Robert Packer Hospital.
