CORNING (WENY)---Steuben County residents have saved big bucks with the Prescription Discount card. The county says residents have saved 2 million dollars since the card became available in 2008. Over 60,000 prescriptions have been filled, saving card holders an average of 55 percent or about 35 dollars per prescription.
