Police arrested 36 year old Robert Storms following a grand jury indictment for murder, assault and robbery in the death of 53 year old Doug Hubbard. Hubbard was reported missing in April 16 ,2009. Police went to his home several days later, and found evidence of a crime scene. Authorities conducted a massive search of the Chemung River on April 30, 2009. Hubbard's body has never been found.

     According to court documents, Storms killed Hubbard by hitting him in the head with a frying pan.
