Matthew York, 39, was arrested after deputies allegedly found marijuana plants growing behind his home. Steuben County sheriff deputies originally responded to York's Tuscarora home after a complaint of an alleged domestic disturbance.

York was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in town court at a later date.
