ALLEGANY TWP., PA (WENY) -- A Potter County teenager died in a car accident just after four this morning.
     Pennsylvania State Police say 21-year-old Joey Osborne of Coudersport was driving on State Route 49, when he lost control of his car on a slight turn in the road. Police say Osborne overcorrected, and went off road, hitting a utility pole on the passenger side; the car landed on its roof in a field. Osborne's only passenger, 16 year old Kaleb Haynes of Coudersport was pronounced dead at the scene.
      Osborne is in the hospital with serious injuries.The road was closed for several hours while utility crews worked to fix the pole and downed wires.
