Over 1,300 Chemung Homes Without Power
ELMIRA (WENY)--- Over 1,300 Chemung County homes and businesses are without power this morning.
 
NYSEG says power should back on around 10:30 AM.
 
NYSEG has not yet released why the wide-spread power outages occured.
