ELMIRA, NY (WENY) -- Police arrested a suspect in the July 5th murder of Randy Brooks.
      Twenty year-old Jerell Rollins of Elmira is charged with 2nd degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and making a false written statement. The body of 19 year old Randy Brooks was found shot to death on the ground outside Eastgate apartments by a neighbor the morning of July 5th.
     Rollins is in now the Chemung County jail.
