ROULETTE, Pa. (WENY)---A Roulette man is behind bars charged with rape and several counts of assault. Pennsylvania state police say Blaise Alackness entered the home of a female victim back in October and struck her in the head with a wooden board while she slept.

The 37-year old man then allegedly raped the victim.

Police traced the attack to Alackness through trace evidence he left at the crime scene.

Alackness is charged with rape, 2 counts of aggravated assault, 1 count of deviate sexual intercourse, 1 count of indecent assault and 1 count of simple assault. He remains in Potter County jail.
