One of the premier hitters in the Twin Tiers is moving to a different school to continue his baseball career.  Zac Bellinger, who had a stellar career at Edison, and subsequently led the Elmira Pioneers in hitting in 2012, will transfer to the College of Saint Rose at Albany.  Bellinger is looking for more time on the diamond after playing a year at Virginia Commonwealth.  Plus, Waverly football will build off of last year's NYS State Final 4 appearance with the help of many Seniors and QB Zach Cooney.
