Bath Home Invasion

BATH---(WENY) New York State police have arrested three people responsible for two home invasions in Bath. Derek Storms, 25, of Wellsville, 18-year-old Jordan Guerin of Bath and 23-year-old Sheila Gay of Bath are in Steuben County lock up on no bail after allegedly breaking into two Bath homes on Friday morning.

The first home invasion took place around 12:30am at 7 Colonial Lawns in Bath.There, a 39-year old woman was assaulted. Just half-an-hour later, police were called to 12 West Washington Street in Bath by the resident. The 31-year-old unnamed man said the threesome broke into his upstairs apartment, armed with handguns. The resident then dove from his second-floor window to escape the suspects. He was treated and released at a local hospital.

Storms, Guerin and Gay are charged with attempted robbery and conspiracy.
