     CORNING - [WENY]     On Tuesday, The U.S. House of Representatives is set to decide on a bill that would honor fallen U.S. Army Specialist Ryan Jayne.
     If the bill passes, the name of the post office on Baker Street in Corning would be changed to the "Specialist Ryan P. Jayne Post Office Building".
     22 year old U.S. Army Specialist Ryan Jayne was killed on November 3rd, 2012 in Afghanistan when Specialist Jayne's vehicle was struck by an improvised explosive device.
     Specialist Jayne enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2010, and he was killed on his 2nd deployment while conducting a dangerous route clearance mission.
     Congressman Tom Reed is the sponsor of the bill, and according to a statement, Congressman Reed is working with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand to move the bill forward in the Senate.
