Disgruntled NYSEG Customer
Disgruntled and dismayed, Dr. Satinder Mullick says he was given the run-around by NYSEG customer service after the remnants of superstorm Sandy brought down trees and live wire on his house Monday night.
After two days of waiting, Dr. Mullick says he got no action until he contacted a NYSEG Manager directly, after which, a crew was out within the hour.
The NYSEG crew chief and the Gang Mills volunteer firefighters did what they could to advise and comfort Dr. Mullick and his wife, who's health is failing, and get them through until the power came on.
Dr. Mullick says that he's very pleased with the Gang Mills Fire Department, saying that they are the best he's ever seen in his life.
