    A very popular Donut Chain is joining the effort in going green.
Thursday, Comptroller Thomas DiNappoli Announced that Dunkin Donuts has agreed to run on 100% sustainable palm oil. DiNappoli says that Dunkin' Brands should be commended for taking steps to use only sustainably harvested palm oil in its products.

     According to the Rain forest Action Network, palm oil is in over 50% of all consumer goods. Palm oil from unsustainable sources has been found to accelerate deforestation, destroy rain forests, and promote climate change.
