HARRISBURG---(WENY) Monday, Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane appointed former federal prosecutor H.Geoffrey Moulton Jr. To investigate the handling of the Sandusky child sex abuse scandal. Moulton served eight years as a prosecutor in Philly courts and in senior positions in Washington. This, fulfilling a campaign promise Kane made last year to look into why it took nearly three years to charge Sandusky.

     Governor Tom Corbett, then-attorney general, denies politics had anything to do with that investigation.
