     NEWARK VALLEY, NY (WENY) -- New York State Police say a car accident killed two people overnight in Tioga County.
      Just after midnight Wednesday, police say 54-year-old Lucinda Klees of Endicott was driving north on state route 38 in Newark Valley when she hit a guide rail head-on. Both Klees and her passenger, 34-year-old Patrick Ackley of Berkshire were pronounced dead at the scene.
     State police are still looking into what caused the crash.
