Police Investigation Continues for Frozen Puppy

January 27, 2014

TIOGA COUNTY, PA (WENY) -- Still no answers this morning as to why a puppy was left to freeze to death in Tioga County.
We first reported this story last week when we found out the body of a young black and tan puppy was found in an upside down crate in Tioga County, PA.
According to the Facebook page, Justice for Elsa, the puppy was approximately a year old when she died.
Anyone with information about a dog that went missing matching her description should call the State Police in Mansfield, PA, (570) 662-2151.
The Wellsboro Animal Care Sanctuary is working with the PA State Police to recruit an Animal Cruelty Liaison to cover Tioga County.
