BATH---(WENY) A Steuben County man was arrested over the weekend for choking a woman. 42-year-old Kenneth McCray of Bath, was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation and Harassment in the Second Degree.

     He allegedly choked and grabbed a woman during a domestic dispute. He was arraigned in Bath Town Court and sent to Steuben County Jail on Bail.
