     ELMIRA, NY (WENY) -- Police arrested four people when a traffic stop in Elmira turned into a drug bust.
     Thirty-one year-old Asa Stickler of Southport, 33-year-old Manuel Rosario of the Bronx, 27-year-old Marquese Cannon of Syracuse, and 25 year old Stephen Adams of Elmira are all charged with third degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Elmira police stopped a car, driven by Stickler, on Clemens Center Parkway for traffic violations a little before 2AM Monday.
       Police say they found a large amount of heroin, crack cocaine and cash in the car, and arrested Stickler and his three passengers.
