WATKINS GLEN, NY (WENY) -- Time's running out to help make Watkins Glen be named "America's Coolest Small Town."
     There are only four days left to vote in the 2013 edition of the Budget Travel contest. Watkins Glen is currently in 2nd place with 13-percent of the vote, behind Lititz, Pennsylvania, which is in the lead with 23-percent of the vote.
     You can vote once per day on the Budget Travel website.
     You may remember, the the village of Hammondsport won the contest last year, and Owego was the winner in 2010.
