      WATKINS GLEN, NY (WENY) -- Watkins Glen wants its shot at being America's "Coolest Small Town" - but it needs your help.
       The village is in the running for the 2013 edition of the Budget Travel magazine contest. You may remember, Hammondsport won last year, and Owego in 2009.
        There are 15 small towns across the country in the running. You can cast your vote on the Budget Travel website once a day.
