Wellsboro Boil Water Advisory Lifted

WELLSBORO, PA (WENY) -- Good news for the residents of Wellsboro; you no longer need to boil your water.
Borough officials announced this afternoon the boil water advisory in effect since June 4th has been lifted. Water is now considered safe for drinking, making ice, brushing teach, washing dishes and preparing food.
