Corning (WENY) - A franchise that's taking the country by storm, Wine and Design offers a fun and different kind of night out. The concept is to bring your own food and beverage and paint for two hours. They say painting can be a great way to calm the nerves and relax. So what better way to enhance the relaxation then adding some of the finger lakes best wines to the experience.
      On Friday the doors for Wine and Design officially opened at 90 East Market street. Here's how it works, you book a two hour time slot online from 6 to 8 pm Tuesdays through Sundays for $35 a person. You get a 16x20 inch blank canvas, up to 50 different paint colors, and a two hour art lesson. Every day, there's a featured painting used for the class but people can go outside the lines of course. Owner Kylene Kiah hopes her store brings out a passion for art in everyone of her customers.
      “I do have a huge passion for art, it's just relaxation I know everybody says that but it really does bring you down and calms you down, It's like yoga,” says Kiah.
     Kylene is planning events for kid's summer camps and can get you what you need for a very fun corporate event.
