A yellow dot could help save your life.

MONTOUR FALLS (WENY) -- Schuyler Hospital and the Schuyler County Sheriff's Department are teaming together to help save people's lives during one of the most important times, right after a crash.
It's called the "Yellow Dot Program." It helps first responders find out critical information at the scene of a crash.
A yellow dot is put on the drivers side rear window. That dot lets first responders know there is important medical information in the glove compartment about the driver. The yellow dot can also be used in your home too.
You can pick up a Yellow Dot Kit at Schuyler Hospital's Emergency Department or from the Schuyler County Sheriff's Department, or request one
