Baldwin Marijuana Bust
Police Seize More Than 300 Plants
BALDWIN, NY (WENY)---Two Chemung County residents are charged with unlawfully growing cannibas.
This comes after the sheriff's office seized 326 marijuana plants at 74 Lathrope Road in Baldwin. Police say Elizabeth Enright, 31, and Nickolus Hadick, 34, were growing the plants inside and outside of the home.
The two are also charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child. Enright and Hadick are scheduled to appear in town court next month.
