Bath Man Arrested On Home Invasion Charges
Police Say The Man Was Wanted In Rochester & Steuben County
BATH, NY (WENY)---A Bath man is behind bars in Steuben County jail after he lead both Bath police and New York State police on a foot pursuit Friday.
Police say Joshua Bailey, 23, had three outstanding warrants.
He's wanted in Rochester for aggravated harassment and in Steuben County for a violation of probation and larceny. Bailey is also charged with burglary and robbery for a home invasion robbery that took place back in June.
Police say more arrests in that home invasion are pending.
