Bradford Co. School Bus Crash Update
BRADFORD CO. (WENY) -- A school bus crash sent one student to the hospital and injured three other students in Bradford County Wednesday. It happened along State Route 220 about half a mile south of Kent Run Road in Monroe Township.
According to state police, a school bus was stopped with its lights on because the driver was picking up a student. A pick-up truck travelling north hit another truck sitting behind the bus, triggering a crash collision.
14 students were on the bus, four suffered minor injuries but one student was taken to the hospital. All of the drivers were fine.
The driver of the pick-up truck who started the crash will be cited following the investigation.*
