BARTON (WENY)--- A double stabbing in Tioga county leaves one man with life threatening injuries.

New York State Police say Jeremy Frisbie, 29, allegedly stabbed two victims after an altercation on Middle Road in Barton around 8:10 Monday night.

Frisbee left the scene and ran through a corn field into a wooded area.

State Police Aviation responded and found  the suspect hiding at a home on 151 Lincoln Street in Sayre and police later found the suspect was driven to Sayre.

One victim was transported to Robert Packer Hospital with a life threatening injuries and already underwent surgery. He is currently in the intensive care unit.

The second victim was treated at the scene.

Charges are pending in both Pennsylvania and New York.

The investigation is continuing.
