     HORSEHEADS -- Local companies and organizations are getting creative in the fight against hunger.
       The 4th annual "Cantruction" event is going on right now at the Arnot Mall. Eight teams made up of employees and volunteers from organizations across the Southern Tier create large displays, completely made of food items.  One hundred of the food used for the Canstruction will be donated to the Food Bank of the Southern Tier.
     Last year, nearly 29,000 pounds of food was donated, and over $19,000 in event sponsorships were raised.
