Corning Pizzeria Celebrates 40 Years
CORNING (WENY) -- A Market Street staple is celebrating its 40th year in business.
Aniello's Pizzeria at 68 East Market Street opened up in 1972. On Thursday, the restaurant offered a deal of two slices and a fountain drink for only a buck...the same price that it cost back when the shop first opened.
They credit the loyal customers and a good recipe as part of the reasons behind their success.
"We have a good product, we have a good recipe, people seem to love what we put out. It's always been that way as long as I've been here, and twenty years before that," says David Perry, the manager, and an Aniello's employee since 1989.
