CORNING--[WENY]--Voters in the Corning-Painted Post school district made a couple big decisions this evening. The district held a vote on two propositions.
The first is regarding the sale of the Corning Free Academy Middle School building, which has been approved.
Developer M-S-P Realty is offering 1-million, 5-thousand dollars for the aging school building, to convert it into luxury apartments.
Voters also authorized the district to establish a Capitol Reserve fund.
