       ELMIRA HEIGHTS, NY (WENY) -- Police charged an elmira may for an Elmira Heights burglary last fall.
      A three month long investigation led to the arrest of 22-year-old Matthew Dukes. Police say Dukes stole a large screen TV and Blu-Ray player from a home in Elmira Heights back in October. The house was vacant at the time, because it was being remodeled.
