Elmira Man Charged with Sexual Abuse

     HORSEHEADS, NY (WENY) -- An Elmira man was arrested today, accused of sexually abusing a young child.
     Twenty- eight year old Adam Parks is charged with first degree sexual abuse. Horseheads police Parks had sexual contact with a child younger than 11. Parks is now in the Chemung County jail on 25-thousand dollars bail.
