More Charges Await Stabbing Suspect
BARTON, NY (WENY) -- A stabbing suspect faces more charges in New York following his arrest in Pennsylvania Monday night after a police chase across state lines.
New York State police say 29-year-old Jeremy Frisbie will be charged with first degree assault, when he's extradited back to the state.
Frisbie is accused of stabbing two people at a home on Middle Road in Barton Monday night, launching a manhunt that ended across the state line in Sayre. One of the victims is still in critical condition at Robert Packer Hospital.
Frisbie is currently in the Bradford County jail on a slew of charges, including burglary, escape, flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance. Police say Frisbie had a Fentanyl patch in his pocket.
