WYSOX, PA -- An 18-year-old Bradford County man is in jail on attempted criminal homicide charges, after state police say he fired a rifle at a truck full of people, according to our media partner, the Star Gazette.
State police say just after midnight Sunday, John Boone of Wysox fired nine rounds from a .22 caliber rifle at a Ford F250, hitting the truck several times. Six young men from Alabama, ages 19 to 24, were in the truck.
Police say one bullet broke the truck's back window and hit a baseball hat on one of the victims' head.
