New Yorkers Land Jobs Through Career Centers

ELMIRA (WENY)-- Good news on the job front for the Empire State.

The New York State Labor Department reports about 250,000 New Yorkers landed jobs through the department's career center. That's 25% of the nation's hires.

There are 91 career centers throughout New York, including centers in Chemung, Steuben, Schuyler and Tompkins County.
