"It's so unique because it was built from the ground up," said MV-1 Fleet Manager Beth Hasebe. "There's no conversion where you take a mini van, cut it and maybe compromise the strength of the vehicle. This is a steel body on frame with a built in ramp."

"For most people it's really, it's very very hard," said Heather Hester who is wheelchair-bound. "You know, that's where this would come in and it would be a Godsend for most people."

Henderson Ford is the only dealership in the region to carry the MV-1, and prices start at $43,000.
