     ELMIRA---(WENY)  Elmira police released the name of the man accused of a knife attack at Dottie's bar New Year's day.
     Police charged 32-year-old Gregory Barber of Elmira Heights with first degree assault. Barber is accused of assaulting another man with a knife just before 2 in the morning yesterday at Dottie's Place on Erie Street. The victim, who is not being identified, was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
     This is the second knife attack at the bar recently; two people were injured in an incident outside the bar in November.
