     ELMIRA (WENY) -- An Elmira man is headed to prison for trying to set a house on fire, and sparking a standoff last summer. 
      Michael Decker had a four hour standoff with police at a home on Pearl Place last June. He poured flammable liquid in the home, intending to set it on fire. Decker was convicted of third degree attempted arson at a stipulated facts trial in Chemung County.
     He's scheduled to be sentenced on July 11th.
