Steuben County (WENY) - A teenager was killed in an ATV accident. New York State Police say 14 year-old Jacob Davis of Cameron was driving a four-wheeler in the Town of Addison when he lost control, rolled over and was thrown off the vehicle. He was not wearing a helmet or a seat belt.He was treated at the scene of the crash, and pronounced dead at the scene. Davis was a student at Jasper-Troupsburg Central School..
