25 Million Dollars to NY Teen Job Program

Albany (WENY)--- New York is providing 25 million dollars for youth job training and summer employment programs.
Governor Andrew Cuomo says the New York Youth Works Summer Employment Program will help 18,000 needy teens get job this summer.
The money will be used to subsidize wages, support education, and training.Recipients must be between the ages 14 and 20 to qualify and come from low-income families.This is a 61 percent increase in funding compared to last year.
